Propolis is created by bees using beeswax, enzymes, and resins collected from poplar buds or other botanical sources. Bees use raw Propolis as a natural sealant to protect the hive from bacteria. Propolis is naturally rich in antioxidants (flavonoids, phenolic acids and other phenolic compounds), and helps support healthy immune system function and general wellbeing. COMVITA PROPOLIS CAPSULES (PFL®15) provides 15mg flavonoids per dose (2 capsules).

ACTIVE INGREDIENT (EACH CAPSULE):

Propolis dry extract 50mg, equivalent to 238mg of fresh Propolis, equivalent to flavonoids 7.5mg. Contains sulfites (from gelatin capsules) and pollen.

Adults, take 2 capsules twice daily (antioxidant), or three times daily (immune function), with food. Do not use if carton or cap seals are missing or broken.

Propolis may cause severe allergic reactions. If irritation or swelling of the mouth or throat occurs, discontinue use and consult a healthcare practitioner. PREGNANT OR LACTATING WOMEN: Consult your healthcare practitioner before use.
