Vitex agnus castus: 400mg
Ashwagandha: 300mg
Atlantic kelp: 100mcg
Ginkgo biloba: 320mg
Zinc: 15mg

Period Pal is vegan-friendly, with no gluten, yeast, soy protein, milk/dairy, corn, sodium, sugar, starch, artificial colouring, preservatives or flavouring.

Zaffronel® STD Saffron Extract 2%: 30 mg
Vitamin D as Cholecalciferol: 1000 IU

Brighter Mood is vegetarian-friendly, with no gluten, soy, dairy, corn, refined sugars, GMOs, artificial colours, flavours or additives.

Period Pal:

Take 2 capsules daily throughout the month, or as directed by your GP. We recommend taking them at the same time each morning to fit with our hormonal circadian rhythm.

Additional Product Notes:

Period Pal is not recommended for those 18 and under, with nightshade allergies or sensitivities to the listed ingredients, who are pregnant, or breastfeeding.
Those on thyroid medication should consult their GP before use as this product contains Iodine.
Recommended to be taken away from medications.
If you have PCOS we recommend use of this product under the guidance of a health practitioner or naturopath.

Brighter Mood:

Take 1 capsule with any meal.

Designed for ages 12+.
Best avoided if you are breastfeeding or pregnant.
Not suitable for vegans as the Vitamin D we use is sourced from lanolin. There are vegan sources of vitamin D available, but at present there is limited research on their effectiveness, so we opted for a source that has strong scientific backing for its efficacy and results.
